was looking for something to replace my evga xr1 lite, and i stumbled across the genki shadowcast 2 pro. 4k60 capture, 5gbps usb, hdr support, vrr support, zero latency passthrough, no software/drivers required, ticks all the boxes… but it’s deceptively affordable. has anyone heard of this thing? is it any good? i’m wondering if there’s any deal-breaking caveats, and can’t seem to find anything about what resolutions it supports specifically (since i need 720x480).
I’m hoping to finally start messing with it today, so I’ll have some rudimentary answers for you before prime day sale ends I hope?
