My PS4 Pro has been sitting neglected for a while now. I think the last game I played was Horizon Forbidden West the year it was released. Since then I’ve mostly played on PC and Steam Deck.
Hard to utilize the console when you’ve got the Deck and PC going - I just try to balance my releases, especially when it means getting physical
I got rid of my PS4 Pro when the Xbox series X was released. I have a PS5 now so I can play all my PS4 game library still but I do wish I had a PS4. I know the OG PS4 isn’t the greatest version to get but there is just something I love about how that console looks! The slim just doesn’t do it for me in the same way. I have considered getting a bedroom PS4. Mostly for my SO to use it as a netflix machine and maybe some light gaming when I have a few minutes before bed.
I suspect now though that due to a few Youtuber covering the PS4 over the past few weeks we may see some price increases online. But as you did, it’s possibly best to go to your local game shop and get one there.
