Similar to my Camcorder aesthetic library - I’m reserving this thread as I start documenting the various methods of recording camcorders in a “tapeless” fashion, meaning taking the video signal out (in some way) and recording externally, bypassing the need to use tapes.
Spoiler: Most of them are trash.
But hopefully with clear documentation, you can better make an informed purchase decision.
